Days 4 & 5: Poolside

We had a break from the rain this week - even though it was in the forecast. We took advantage of the sun and the pool! I remember last year Kaleb was so afraid to swim, but after our trip to Maine he couldn't get enough. I was happy to see he still loves the water. I had to bribe him with homemade bread to get him out of the pool!

School doesn't get out for another week, so both days we were the only ones at the pool. Good for me because I'm not one to strut around in  bathing suit....bad for Kaleb because it means I'm his only playmate. Hopefully when the kids get out of school he'll be able to make some friends!

Kaleb does this new thing when I take a picture. He closes his eyes! Seriously, every picture since he has gotten here...not one has his eyes open!
