Weekend Guests!

Doesn't it feel like my parents were just here? Well, they were! But they came back for another weekend with us! They flew in Thursday and left early yesterday morning. It was a fast weekend, and as always, filled with fun! And no pictures apparently, I'm such a slacker.

Friday my parents planned to go to Myrtle Beach, so me and Danny both worked the morning and planned to be home for dinner. When I got home around 5 (yes, that's a half day for me...) everyone was already home. So, we headed to out favorite local place for a great dinner and lots of catching up.

Saturday Dad and Danny went car shopping. While me and Mom went shopping shopping. Mom apparently took notice of my "purse" and made me buy a big girl bag. Which by the way, is totally cute! I also picked up a few new dresses to get ready for spring at the office. We ended our shopping trip with some Starbucks.

When we all regrouped we went back to our favorite local spot to have a few drinks. We sipped on some tropical drinks while we chatted about our tropical vacation to ARUBA! It's been decided that our big trip this year will be to Aruba with the family. I can not wait!!

Sunday Danny and Dad went golfing....and me and Mom did some more shopping. I got some cute stuff for our next home makeover. I can not wait to start on that! When we were done Mom did some baking, we drank some wine, ate some dinner, and colored my hair.

It was such a great, laid back weekend! But what I'm really looking forward to now is our summer trip to Maine and our trip to Aruba. So much to look forward too! And who knows...maybe in between there will be another trip down there (and I'd LOVE to get up to Boston for a long weekend!)
